Leadership is a discipline and subject that has elicited a lot of interest and debate in the recent times. In this debate, some people have raised fundamental issues of debates: whether leaders are born, made, or both. With all these discussions going on, it is generally agreed that great leader- ship is needed in order to navigate the ever changing and unpredictable business environment. Good leaders have always been expected to solve new problems, capitalize on new opportunities, and navigate through the ever-changing business landscape.Leadership is a complex process by which the leader influences others to perform and achieve.The leadership attributes-belief, values, ethics, character, knowledge, and skills are all traits which can be learned. Method of Delivery

This is a highly interactive course based on application of theoretical concepts of leadership to practical situations. Participants will work in small groups throughout the course to apply learning to real issues and leadership challenges. Practical exercises and case studies will be used extensively during the training.
