Corporate governance deals with the complex set of relationships between the corporation and its Board of Directors,Management,Shareholders, and other Stakeholders.Good corporate governance must be driven by the total commitment and resolve of the collective Board, the individual Directors and the Executive Management.That commitment has to be based on an understanding that good corporate governance is a progressive process to confront the continuing challenges faced by the corporation in the ever changing global economic environment.It must be backed by the willingness of the individual Director to learn and continuously develop their skills.
